 Students are invited to bring a favourite object
in from home to show their friends. This could be a teddy bear,
watch, book, game, pictures of a holiday or a toy. The students
should try and speak about their favourite object for about a
minute and at the end invite their friends to ask questions.
It is best not to keep them to a strict time limit but make sure
they finish their talk with: "Any questions?" and "Any
more questions?". Try and make sure that at least 3 or 4
questions are asked. If no-one puts their hand up, just pick
someone to ask the question. |

morning my teachers and friends. Today I want to show and tell
you about this teddy bear. This is my teddy bear. Everything
is pink so it's name is Pink Postpet. I like it the most because
it is pretty and lovely. It has pink hair, pink nose, pink ribbon
and brown eyes. My mother gave it to me on my birthday. That
was two years ago. I keep it in my bedroom. When everything bores
me, I hug and play with Pink Postpet. It makes me feel better.
Before I finish I want to tell you Pink Postpet is very important
to me."
