Using pictures of real-life situations is a great way for students to increase their vocabulary. The Very Easy level is for students who are about five years old. They contain only single words. These are mainly vocabulary of things found around the classroom and school. At the higher levels, the students have to look at the pictures and then choose which statement is correct. Most of the pictures are of activities around the school which the students can relate to. Later levels are pictures taken around Thailand. We are planning on doing an audio version where the students have to listen to the statements instead of reading them.

SIGNS WITH SPELLING AND GRAMMAR MISTAKES

A useful skill for our students is proofreading. The students should always read through their work once they have finished, to check for both spelling and grammar mistakes. These photo quizzes are real-life examples of where someone didn’t proofread first.
