It is five o’clock in the morning and the house is very quiet. Everyone is sleeping. But Grace is awake. It is Christmas Day. Grace jumps out of bed and runs down the stairs to the living room. On the fireplace, there are two stockings. One for her, and one for her brother, Ben. They put them there on Christmas Eve. Last night they were empty. This morning, she can see there is something inside the stockings. She is very excited.
